This pot call is made from mineral stained "sinker" Osage wood that was reclaimed from a river in Oklahoma. This piece of quartersawn wood is over 150 years old and the mineral staining is natural from being submerged in mud over the decades. The wood does not rot and in preserved in the mud without exposure to oxygen.
It has a slate surface over a glass soundboard. Matched with a one piece, HD laminate striker. This wood is very expensive and hard to get!
